-4 week program | 5 day split
(Monday - Press | Tuesday - Pull | Wednesday - Rest | Thursday - Arms | Friday - Chest Back Delt | Saturday - Legs | Sunday - Rest)
This is my exact training program that I’m currently following this month! I am taking 2 rest days every week (Wednesdays & Sundays).
This month’s program has 1 VERY hard leg day mixed with some light cardio throughout the week.
-The upper body workouts are focused on the overall development of your upper body, and will target all muscle groups effectively.
-The lower body workout is NOT easy. It is focused on growing your legs, and it will push you.
-This program will help build muscle while also getting stronger.
